60-minute initial session - Before the initial session, you’ll fill out in-depth intake forms + 3 day food/mood journal so I’ll have a better picture of your current health conditions, symptoms, and history before our first call. During the call, we’ll get to know each other better, dig deeper into your symptoms, current lifestyle & habits, and establish our goals for our time together. (by phone or video)
45-minute follow-up coaching sessions - Each week we'll check in, celebrate all of your successes, and identify an roadblocks you’re dealing with. I’ll be there to support you on your journey and implement any necessary modifications. (by phone or video)
Text & email support in between sessions - I’m here for you if you have questions, need support, insight or encouragement. I will get back to you at my earliest convenience.
Why multiple sessions?
You wouldn’t go see a personal trainer at the gym once and expect to see any real results, right? The same goes for health coaching. In order to truly transform your health, we need to get to the root cause of your symptoms. This is going to take time to dig deep into your health history, lifestyle and habits, relationships, mindset, and so much more. Plus, since I do not just give you a “cookie cutter” diet, we will likely have to experiment with what works and what doesn’t work for YOUR unique needs.
